WorkPlaceCredit®, based in the US, provides affordable loans to help employees when they need extra money or have an emergency. Their mission is to lend responsibly and fairly to private sector employees, federal employees & USPS employees with steady employment history. They offer a variety of affordable personal loans regardless of the credit score.

The Background

A fairly new entrant in an extremely competitive market of credit and personal loan category in the US, WorkPlaceCredit® started by targeting the employers, approaching them to offer personal loans to their employees. However, they later changed their modus-operandi by targeting the Military, Federal and USPS employees directly and offering them personal loans.

The Challenge

The new TG is a very niche audience who are not easy to be identified & reached in the online space. Also, being a highly competitive category there were several established players gunning for the same audience.

The Objective

WorkPlaceCredit® came to us with a very clear objective of building brand awareness among the target audience and to generate high quality leads.

The Strategy

Highlighting their USPs like ‘Fast Approvals’ & loans even for ‘low credit score-holders’, we ran highly targeted campaigns on Google Search and Facebook with crisp & enticing ad copies. We leveraged YouTube for brand awareness. We followed it up with tactics like Retargeting and Custom-audience to further increase the reach and generate more leads.
